Anumat keeps your company’s requests, decisions and files so your team can work. This page says what we keep, why, and who else sees it. It covers the pilot; we’ll update it before general release.

What we keep

  • Your account: name, work email, and the workspaces you belong to.
  • Your work: requests, approvals, comments, meetings, tasks, documents, surveys and the files you attach.
  • An audit trail of who did what and when, so decisions can be checked later.
  • If you connect Telegram, the chat id we send your messages to.
  • If you use the contact form: your name, work email, company and message.

Why we keep it

To run the product for your company, send the notifications you choose, keep your account safe, and answer you when you contact us. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who else processes it

We use a small number of providers to run Anumat Cloud. Each only gets what it needs:

  • Hosting, database and file storage for your workspace.
  • Sign-in, to check who you are.
  • Email and Telegram, to deliver the notifications you turn on.
  • Anthropic’s Claude, to write the decision brief on a request. It receives that request’s details and a short summary of similar past requests, and is not used to train models.

If you run Anumat in your own cloud or on-premise, your data stays with you and these providers are your choice.

Your company’s data stays separate

Every record belongs to one workspace, and people only see what their role and the approval route allow. Anumat staff can see workspace activity for support; opening a workspace’s details is recorded in our own audit log.

How long we keep it

While your workspace is active. When an owner deletes a workspace, its data is removed from the live system, and from backups as they expire.

Your choices

You can change which notifications you get, disconnect Telegram, and ask your workspace owner to export or delete your company’s data. For your own account, contact us through the pricing page.
