Terms of use
Last updated 28 September 2026
These terms cover using Anumat during the pilot. They are short on purpose; we’ll agree full terms with pilot companies before paid plans start.
The pilot
Anumat Cloud is free during the pilot, with fair-use limits on things that cost us to run, such as AI briefs and file storage. Features may change as we learn from pilot companies.
Your workspace
You own your company’s data. The workspace owner decides who joins and what they can do. You’re responsible for the people you invite and for what your team uploads.
Fair use
- Don’t use Anumat for anything illegal, or to store content you don’t have the right to share.
- Don’t try to reach other companies’ data, break the service, or overload it.
- Don’t resell access without an agreement with us.
AI decision briefs
Briefs are suggestions written by software. They can be wrong. A person makes every decision in Anumat, and is responsible for it.
Availability
We work to keep Anumat running and your data backed up, but during the pilot we can’t promise a service level. We’ll tell workspace owners before planned downtime.
Ending
You can stop at any time and ask for your data. We can suspend a workspace that breaks these terms, and will tell the owner why.
